We sincerely hope that your visit is both relaxing and enjoyable.  In order to make your stay more pleasurable; we have listed general information that should be helpful to you.

1.  Our office hours are Mon. - Fri. 9AM to 4PM, Sat. 3:30PM to 6PM and Sun. we are closed.  The phone number for the office is 843-842-2201.  The emergency phone numbers are 843-247-1949 and 843-247-1950.  Check in time is 4PM on Saturday.  A security deposit must be placed by Credit Card imprint for all Guests, Renters, and RCI exchanges.

2.  Check out time is 10AM on Saturday.  If you are leaving the property early, please advise the office and make sure your unit is locked.

3.  NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE VILLAS!  A fine of $1000.00 will be charged plus the costs of cleaning the unit.

4.  MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT BRIGANTINE:

           2 BEDROOM VILLA = 6 PEOPLE

           3 BEDROOM VILLA = 8 PEOPLE

           THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!

5.  Linens and towels (6 sets/2BR, 8 sets/3BR) are provided for each villa.  Every villa is equipped with a washer/dryer for your convenience if towels are to be laundered.  Please bring your own pool/beach towels.  Please do not take our linens, towels or blankets out of the units.

6.  Each villa is supplied with a "starter kit."  This consists of 1 roll of paper towels, 4 packets of dishwasher soap, 1 SOS pad, 1 small bottle of dish detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, 2 bars of soap per bath, 1 trash liner per can, and 1 small box of kleenex tissue per bath.  When this supply is exhausted, it is up to the guest to replenish or you may purchase another "starter kit" for $12/2BR or $15/3BR.

7.  Gas grills are provided on property.

8.  Bikes can be rented from Riding Tigers, 843-686-6068 or 1-888-371-7115.

9.  Your unit telephone will allow you to make local calls for free.  You can activate your phone with a credit card if you wish to make long distance phone calls.  Your telephone is equipped with a voicemail system.

10. Brigantine Quarters are non-smoking units. Please do not smoke inside the units.
